Decent Stay, Some Disappointing Aspects
service quality alcohol availability
The Salt and Pepper restaurant was not good. The staff did not seem motivated, and service quality was poor. I saw old food deposits on the tablemats. The lounge was also a letdown because alcohol was only available for a limited time (between 6 PM and 8 PM). This should be clearer to avoid customer disappointment.

fantastic experience!
friendly staff amazing location luxurious room delicious food
i found the staff friendly and cooperative. the location had an amazing creek view, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and luxurious. i received an upgrade to a suite, which enhanced my trip a lot. the breakfast buffet included delicious food at a reasonable price. the pool, spa, and gusto restaurant provided fabulous experiences.
The room i stayed in showed slight signs of wear and tear. Some furniture had minor scratches, but that didn't affect my stay significantly.

fantastic stay
lovely staff eager help amazing view comfortable pillow
the check-in staff were lovely as were other staff i encountered throughout my visit. sarfaraz from housekeeping was another gem he was always eager to help and made sure we had everything we needed. the location is great the views from the room were amazing. beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms super clean
the room was a bit small and i could hear noise from outside the road on the sixth floor.

the hotel is not far from the gold souk which is about a short drive. there are many restaurants in the vicinity which offers different cuisines. getting around was easy since taxis are readily available.

unhappy staff poor cleanliness
The salt and pepper restaurant wasn't great, the staff seemed unhappy, and cleanliness wasn't a priority. tables were wiped but not disinfected. tablemats had old food. also, gusto promised a lot but the food quality was poor. the lounge alcohol hours are restrictive. Only 6 pm to 8 pm. it's disappointing when you expect a relaxing evening with a drink and can't have one!

The hotel staff demonstrated great kindness. Vicky was VERY helpful . The hotel location is nice after a long day, and feels like home.
The room was quite small. I could hear everything from the room next door. The road noise was a considerable issue on the sixth floor.

I was welcomed by nice staff. Check-in was quick. My room was cleaned daily. The service was perfect. The breakfast offered many food options. I appreciated the staff's attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the facilities.
The wait times for elevators during peak hours were longer than I expected. This occasionally caused delays in getting to and from my room.

the reception was attentive and efficient. waitresses provided excellent service. a staff member by the pool offered complimentary drinks (it was a kind gesture!). the service throughout the stay was very good.
the room had some road noise, noticeable mostly during quieter times.
