Decent Stay, Some Disappointing Aspects

The Salt and Pepper restaurant was not good. The staff did not seem motivated, and service quality was poor. I saw old food deposits on the tablemats. The lounge was also a letdown because alcohol was only available for a limited time (between 6 PM and 8 PM). This should be clearer to avoid customer disappointment.

i found the staff friendly and cooperative. the location had an amazing creek view, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and luxurious. i received an upgrade to a suite, which enhanced my trip a lot. the breakfast buffet included delicious food at a reasonable price. the pool, spa, and gusto restaurant provided fabulous experiences.
The room i stayed in showed slight signs of wear and tear. Some furniture had minor scratches, but that didn't affect my stay significantly.

lovely staffeager helpamazing viewcomfortable pillow
the check-in staff were lovely as were other staff i encountered throughout my visit. sarfaraz from housekeeping was another gem he was always eager to help and made sure we had everything we needed. the location is great the views from the room were amazing. beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms super clean
the room was a bit small and i could hear noise from outside the road on the sixth floor.

The salt and pepper restaurant wasn't great, the staff seemed unhappy, and cleanliness wasn't a priority. tables were wiped but not disinfected. tablemats had old food. also, gusto promised a lot but the food quality was poor. the lounge alcohol hours are restrictive. Only 6 pm to 8 pm. it's disappointing when you expect a relaxing evening with a drink and can't have one!
